How do I place an order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods.

My Sea Moss Gel looks like liquid

It is very normal for your gel to lose it gel like form during shipping. Upon arrival refrigerate to allow the gel to form to its correct consistency.

It is particularly important that you track your shipment to ensure there is someone at the shipping address to accept your order.

Should a order be delayed due to complications with courier, we will replace your order, however if courier has attempted to deliver your parcel and no one is there to accept it we will not accept responsibility for any spoilt items.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

Sea Moss Gel orders will be dispatched within 5 days. Orders are shipped via courier next day delivery.

What does Sea Moss Gel taste and smell like?

It has no taste on its own which makes it so versatile to use in foods and drinks.

There is a very slight sea/lime smell however this is very normal after all it is 100% organic and comes from the sea.

How much Sea Moss should I consume daily?

We recommend 1-2 tablespoons of Sea Moss Gel daily

How do I store Sea Moss Gel?

Keep refrigerated upon arrival refrigerate immediately. Once opened consume within 2-3 weeks and always check the best before date.

How do I provide feedback?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us and we welcome feedback. 

  • If a product gets damaged or is faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • We request you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with your order via our Contact Us page. 
  • Once our investigation has been concluded, we will contact you with an outcome.  If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
