Creamy Vegan Sea Moss Punch
Ingredients
Nestor Sea Moss Gel (Gold)
Non-dairy milk of your choice (soy, almond, oat or coconut
Pitted Dates / Manuka Honey
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Method
300 ml of non-dairy milk of your choice
Add two tablespoons of Nestor Sea Moss Gel
Then add the vanilla essences, cinnamon and nutmeg blend together until creamy and serve.

Tropical Sun Rise Smoothie
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of Nestor Sea Moss Gel, 3 passion fruits, 1 banana, chopped 1 small mango, peeled, stoned and chopped 300ml orange juice, Ice cubes
Method
Scoop the pulp of the passion fruits into a blender and add the banana, mango, orange juice and one tablespoon of Nestor Sea Moss. Purée until smooth and drink immediately, topped with ice cubes.

Ingredients
Nestor Sea Moss Gel 1 tablespoon, ½ avocado , peeled, stoned and roughly chopped, generous handful spinach, generous handful kale , washed well, 50g pineapple chunks, 10cm piece cucumber, roughly chopped, 300ml coconut water
Method
STEP 1
Put the avocado, spinach, kale, pineapple, cucumber and one tablespoon of Nestor Sea Moss in the blender.
STEP 2
Top up with coconut water, then blitz until smooth.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Nestor Sea Moss Gel, 1 orange , peeled and roughly chopped, 1 large carrot , peeled and roughly chopped, 2 sticks celery , roughly chopped, 50g mango, roughly chopped, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (minced), 200ml water
Method
STEP 1
Put all the orange, carrot, celery, ginger, mango and one tablespoon of Nestor Sea Moss in the blender, top up with water, then blitz until smooth.

Berry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Nestor Sea Moss Gel, 1 small ripe banana about 140g blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or strawberries (or use a mix), plus extra to serve, apple juice or mineral water, optional, runny honey , to serve

STEP 1
Slice the banana into your blender or food processor, add one tablespoon Nestor Sea Moss and add the berries of your choice. Whizz until smooth. With the blades whirring, pour in juice or water to make the consistency you like. Toss a few extra fruits on top, drizzle with honey and serve.

Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Nestor Sea Moss Gel, Small ripe mango, stoned, peeled and cut into chunks, 200g pineapple , peeled, cored and cut into chunks, 2 ripe bananas, 2 tbsp dairy free natural yogurt , 150ml coconut drinking milk, 2 passion fruits, halved, seeds scooped out, 1 handful of blueberries, 2 tbsp coconut flakes, A few mint leaves
Method
STEP 1
Put the mango, pineapple, bananas, yogurt, coconut milk and one tablespoon of Nestor Sea Moss in a blender, and blitz until smooth and thick. Pour into two bowls and decorate with the passion fruit, blueberries, coconut flakes and mint leaves. Will keep in the fridge for 1 day. Add the toppings just before serving.
